Why I Never Want To Be Just Like Straight People (And Why You Shouldn’t Either) | Noah Michelson

A very good post by The Pink Agendist. “Real equality is the right to be whoever we are, it’s certainly not pretending we’re just the same.” That one line sums up something so profound; it is a shame so many people don’t see that simple truth. And although in this case it is referring to sexuality, it can be true of other aspects of our lives too. What is this sad obsession some people have that everybody should be the same?

  1. Good article with a lot of different points in it, especially in the comments. I think of gay as being normal nowadays, but then i worked in the city most of my life. I doubt my backwoods neighbors would agree. There probably Is a difference between what older and younger gays see and feel in their lives and political agendas. And yea hetero marriages are such a bastion of biblical correctness, lol.
